About us, our fitness professional and certifications<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

Dafni Roilou<\/strong> is founder & ceo and fitness professional of DaFit. She’s qualified with two Bsc degrees. One is in “Physical education & Sports Science” specified in \u201cGreek traditional dance\u201d from National & Kapodistrian University of Athens. Second is in “Business Administration” from University of Patras, Greece. And a MSc in “Exercise & quality of life” specified in “prevention-intervention-rahabilitation” from Dimokritus University of Thrace Greece. In addition, in Hiking, aqua fitness, sea kayak, Sup, strength & conditioning, functional training, pilates (clinical and athletic) and yoga. Safety is priority, so first aid, cardiopulmonary resusitation and sea lifeguard certifications are frequently renewed. Her goal is to improve the quality of life of the trainees. As well as to explore them in Greece and it\u2019s cultural heritage and nature through the eyes and spirit of an expertised in Greek fitness industry. Dafni is not a profesional tour guide but a profesional fitness specialist, for more historical informations it would be advisable to contact a profesional tour guide.
