2. Some basic information about the mountain, flora and fona, weather and local community
3. Equipment Check 

Second part: depends on the trail and the level of the group

1.Hiking 

Third part: 30 minutes

1.Stretching
2. Recommendations about fitness and training tips depending on personal future needs
3. closing greeting
