DaFit is a fitness company that provides fitness, wellness and recreation activities within Greece. If you are on vacation or for work in Greece and you want to sustain or to exceed your fitness level in a recreational way then DaFit is the best way. Dafni Roilou, owner and fitness instructor of DaFit is an experienced and qualified fitness professional, she passes on some basic information about Greece as far as greek weather, nature, dance, history, culture and customs are concerned. But she’s not a tour guide, so for more historical information it would be advisable to contact a professional tour guide.

It depends on the service that you are interested in. For hiking it is mandatory to have a previous experience because you need to have the specialized equipment and fitness level in order to be safe due to the unstable conditions of the terrain and the weather. All the other services are appropriate for all levels, even if you don’t have a previous experience.

After our first contact and before you join a service you will be asked to complete a health form and send it back to as. We will contact you again in order to discuss about it and customise the appropriate service in order to be safe and happy during our fitness service.
Our professional planning and our experienced instructor Dafni Roilou guarantee an unforgetable experience for you with absolutely safety. For us your health and safety is priority! However our responsibility is restricted to the services as Dafni Roilou, although perfectly qualified fitness expert and first aid certified for the needs of her job, is not a health professional. DaFit will under no circumstances be responsible for any health problems caused during or after the service, for this reason you will be asked to sign a relevant document before we start the service. You are requested to follow our fitness professional and listen to her directions, respect the safety rules. Cancellations are possible by sending a written request for cancelation via email to dafiroilou@dafit.gr up to 24 hours prior to the planned service. Life can be unpredictable sometimes, in case of sickness or any setbacks we understand. Just contact us as soon as possible and we will suggest the best alternative.
It depends on the service, the place and the number of participants. It also depends if it’s a planned event or if it’s a customized service for you (personal) or for a small group (1-10) of people.

You will need at least 1L water, a hat, a sunscreen, your personal medicine and the equipment corresponding to the service that you will follow. You will be informed about it via e-mail during our contact about booking a service and you will receive an extra e-mail after the booking with the details of the service (time, place, equipment e.t.c.).
