Is a Pilates program that uses a specialized, practical, and easy-to-use multi-machine called the Pilates Motr. Pilates is a comprehensive, understandable system of physical exercises that Joseph Hubertus Pilates himself originally named ‘Contrology’ = ‘control’. ‘Control’ relates to the encouragement of using the mind for muscle control and focusing attention on the core muscles, which help maintain the body’s balance and provide support to the spine.

The Pilates method: Specifically, the exercises of the Pilates method teach awareness of breathing and spinal alignment and strengthen the deep muscles of the chest and abdominal area. Some of the initial uses of the Pilates method exercises were for the rehabilitation of severely injured veterans.
