This program is an English speaking class using specialized Pilates equipment such as the Reformer, Springboard, and Exo Chair from Balanced Body.
Pilates is the most important posture exercise program.The aim of the Pilates method is to activate the core muscles, which, combined with rhythmic breathing, achieves the desired body posture, improves organ function, muscle strength, muscle endurance, proprioception (balance, etc.), flexibility, and movement flow.
This is therapeutic Pilates using specialized Clinical Pilates equipment such as the Reformer, Springboard, and Exo Chair from Balanced Body.
It is indicated For:
1. The general population of all ages and all fitness levels.
2. Special populations (Clinical Pilates) with chronic conditions, musculoskeletal injuries (e.g., ACL tear), musculoskeletal disorders (e.g., scoliosis), pregnant women, and postpartum women.
3. For amateur and professional athletes.

1. Strong, functional, flexible, beautiful, toned body with improved posture, visceral function, and psychology.
2. Elimination of chronic pain.
3. Prevention and/or conservative management of musculoskeletal injuries (e.g., ACL tear) and/or musculoskeletal disorders (e.g., scoliosis).
4. Safe exercise for pregnant and postpartum women.
